Marco Digital Phoropter
In pursuit of a superior experience for both patient and operator, the RT-6100 employs a honed ergonomic design. This streamlined shape makes a sophisticated impression. The refractor head is designed ergonomically so as to provide comfortable examination while also allowing for a wide visual field. It has smooth and quiet lens for faster examinations, provides power convergence, and power PD. For improved precision R/L independent PD is provided, with built in clear and safe Illumination (White LED).
Optomap Retinal Imaging
Your retina (located in the back of your eye) is the only place in the body where blood vessels can be seen directly. This means that in addition to eye conditions, signs of other diseases (for example, stroke, heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes) can also be seen in the retina.
Early signs of these conditions can show on your retina long before you notice any changes to your vision or feel pain. While eye exams generally include a look at the front of the eye to evaluate health and prescription changes, a thorough screening of the retina is critical to verify that your eye is healthy.
Getting an optomap image is fast, painless and comfortable. Nothing touches your eye at any time. It is suitable for the whole family. To have the exam, you simply look into the device one eye at a time (like looking through a keyhole) and you will see a comfortable flash of light to let you know the image of your retina has been taken.
The image capture takes less than a half-second and they are available immediately for you to see your own retina. The image allows for an in-depth view of the retina to detect potential eye diseases, diabetes, or high blood pressure. Additionally, it serves as a part of your health record to monitor progressive eye disease.
I-Care Tonometer
Say goodbye to the air puff. We are proud to offer the I-Care tonometer, an instrument that can quickly and comfortably measure your eye pressure to screen for glaucoma. With the I-Care tonometer, you do not have to worry about the notorious "air puff" that you may have had at other offices.
Optikam
Optikam is a complete dispensing solution that helps us assist patients at all stages of the eyewear dispensing process. OptikamPad allows all measurements to be obtained immediately after a snapshot, avoiding time-consuming manual placement of reference points.
In the time needed for most opticians to obtain two measurements using a pupilometer and a Sharpie, OptikamPad provides the ten measurements needed for Position of Wear. These measurements, when accounted for in the fabrication of the patient's lenses, offer the best visual experience, thus moving patients into superior lens products.
